Patricia Burdock
Director & Founder
Patricia Burdock is the Director of the Exodus Family Foundation Inc. which she founded in July 2017. Her passion for the community began in the Miles-Lee area where she raised her 3 sons. She gathered the youth in the neighborhood to keep them out of trouble by engaging them in their community to challenge them to display their gifts & talents where they soon discovered self-worth and confidence. They also performed in local summer Festivals at Kerruish Park & Woodhill Park (Thelma George). From there Patricia engaged in community affairs and outreach programs through her church Full Gospel Evangelist Center working with their youth ministry, clothing ministry, and other community outreach programs. Her love for the community continues to grow without boundaries!
Debra White-Sparrow, Assistance Director
Debra has been involved in the Exodus Family Foundation organization since 2018 as a volunteer, after completing mentor training she became a mentor in the Learning About Me Mentoring Program. In 2021 Debra became the assistant director of Exodus Family Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors. She is also the lead mentor and treasurer of the Learning About Me Mentoring Program (LAM).
Meet Our Staff
Meet our hard working dedicated LAM Family. These ladies have completed 16 hours of training and shadowing which includes annual refresher courses. They all have beautiful gifts that they share in the program and display compassion, support, and commitment to our young ladies and the surrounding communities we serve..
